I have decided to add Saturday as a delivery day onto the website, this will run alongside the other days including Fridays for a period of time.
This is in response to the fact that quite a few of our customers have returned and others may be returning to work, I appreciate that there will be occasions where no one would be there to accept a Friday delivery.
I know that we have extremely loyal customers, some just having started to order from us, but many that have been with us since week one. Thank you for allowing us to provide our quality products during a particularly anxious period. I will endevour to continue to provide our customers with the same quality, same freshness and same deliveries that everyone now expects from us.
No one is quite sure what the upcoming months will be like, but unfortunately uncertainty is becoming a true fact of life. I hope that Baked Fresh Today can take away a small amount of that uncertainty with regards to our service. We will always put you the customer first, my priority is too provide a service that I would expect myself [I am quite demanding].
I am available via Facebook, email, and by phone. The preferred method would be via the Contacts Page on the website, the form will send me a message that displays it's from a customer of Baked Fresh Today, which means i can answer it far more quickly. During working hours 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday emails should be answered within 30 mins. Outside of these times, they will be answered ASAP, but usually within 90 mins. Again thank you for choosing us, an independant local business.
Saturday deliveries will start from the 27th June, next Saturday, normal time slot of 8:00am - 2:00pm dependant on delivery drops.
